Leviticus 4:4-6

⁴ He shall bring the bull before the Lord at the entrance to the Tent of Meeting and lay his hand on the head of the bull. Then he shall slaughter the bull in the presence of the Lord. ⁵ The anointed priest shall take some of the blood from the bull and bring it into the Tent of Meeting. ⁶ The priest shall dip his finger in the blood and sprinkle some of the blood in front of the curtain of the Holy Place seven times in the presence of the Lord.
